Designed for people recovering from multiple complex medical or surgical problems, our complex medical rehab program offers a broad spectrum of comprehensive services, including daily medical management, specialized nursing care, intense physical, occupational and/or speech therapy, discharge planning and extensive training for patients and their families. We are ideally equipped to care for patients with multiple medical diagnoses, and also provide social services, psychiatry and pastoral care.
Admission Criteria
This program is designed for adult patients over the age of 18. Additional admission criteria may include but are not limited to:
Multiple medical diagnoses that have had a prolonged or complicated hospital course
Surgeries with post-operative complications
Need for daily medical management
Need for multi-disciplinary rehabilitation
Ability to participate in an intense rehabilitation program
